4. Offers and Memberships
ONE PULS notably offers the following memberships:
Memberships
Pulse Essential: gym access only;
Pulse Advantage: gym access + 4 classes per month;
Pulse Performance: gym access + 8 classes per month;
Pulse Prestige: gym access + unlimited classes.
Membership prices are displayed on the website or through Virtuagym and may be modified at any time.
Individual Credits
Credits provide access to group classes under the following conditions:
1 credit = 1 group class access;
1 credit: €20;
3 credits: €57;
5 credits: €90;
10 credits: €170.
Unless otherwise stated, credits are personal, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
5. Registration and User Account
Access to certain services requires the creation of an account through Virtuagym.
Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
ONE PULS reserves the right to suspend or delete any account containing inaccurate information or used fraudulently.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
6. Payment
Payments are processed through the secure payment solutions integrated with Virtuagym.
By validating an order or subscription, the user accepts the price displayed at the time of purchase.
ONE PULS reserves the right to suspend access to services in the event of refused, canceled, or unpaid payments.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, consumers may benefit from a 14-day withdrawal right for purchases made remotely.
However, this right may be excluded when:
The service has started with the customer’s prior agreement;
Credits or services have already been used;
Performance of the contract began before the end of the legal withdrawal period.

8. Access Conditions and Rules of Conduct
Users agree to:
Respect the facilities and equipment;
Behave respectfully toward staff and other members;
Follow safety and hygiene rules;
Use equipment according to its intended purpose;
Wear appropriate sportswear.
ONE PULS reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to any person:
Exhibiting dangerous or inappropriate behavior;
Causing damage;
Failing to comply with internal rules;
Disrupting the proper functioning of the club.
No refund may be claimed in the event of justified exclusion.
9. Class Booking and Cancellation
Group class bookings are made through Virtuagym.
ONE PULS reserves the right to:
Modify schedules;
Cancel a class;
Replace a coach or instructor;
Limit the number of participants.
Cancellation conditions applicable to bookings may be specified within Virtuagym or in the internal regulations.
10. Liability
Participating in sports activities involves risks that each user acknowledges and accepts.
Users declare that they are physically fit to engage in sports activities and assume full responsibility for their health condition.
ONE PULS recommends that each member consult a doctor before engaging in any intensive physical activity.
ONE PULS cannot be held liable for:
Injuries resulting from improper use of equipment;
Failure to follow safety instructions;
Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings;
Temporary interruptions of services;
Technical malfunctions related to third-party platforms.
11. Personal Data
Personal data collected through the use of the website or services is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of ONE PULS.
12. Intellectual Property
All content available on the website (texts, images, logos, videos, design, graphic elements) is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
