ONE PULS may collect the following data when you use the website or related services.

Free try-out class booking data: when you reserve a free class, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, the session you selected, your language preference, and technical booking context (page where you booked, referral source, and campaign parameters).

Subscription and service data: type of subscription purchased; booking history; credits purchased; class participation; payment and billing information.

Technical data: when browsing the website, certain technical data may be collected automatically, such as IP address, device type, browser used, and technical connection data necessary for website operation.

Personal data is collected solely for legitimate and specific purposes, including: managing registrations and memberships; enabling the purchase and use of credits; managing class bookings; providing administrative and accounting follow-up; responding to contact requests; ensuring website security and proper operation; complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

If you book a free try-out class, your contact details (name, email, phone number) are used to confirm and manage your booking, to communicate practical information about your class, and — where you have given consent — to contact you about membership options, offers, and club news.

ONE PULS does not use your data for automated marketing or newsletter purposes without your prior consent, and never profiles you for automated decision-making.

Data processing is based on: the performance of a contract when you subscribe to a membership or purchase services; compliance with legal obligations; the legitimate interest of ONE PULS in ensuring the proper functioning and security of the website; your consent when required.

Consent and communication: when booking a free class, you give explicit consent (via a pre-checked but freely revocable checkbox) for the use of your contact details for booking-related communication and information about the club. You may withdraw this consent at any time, free of charge, by contacting us — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Data provided during a free class booking may be used to send you: booking confirmations and reminders; schedule changes or cancellations; follow-up communication about the classes you attended; and, with your consent, membership offers and news about ONE PULS.

Every marketing-oriented communication will include a simple way to unsubscribe or object. Booking data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Framer: the website is created and hosted through Framer, which may process certain technical data necessary for the operation of the website.

Virtuagym: memberships, payments, bookings, and credits are managed through Virtuagym. When you register, make a purchase, or book through Virtuagym, your data is also processed in accordance with Virtuagym's Privacy Policy.

GoDaddy: the website domain name is registered through GoDaddy.

Payments made through partner platforms are secured by the payment providers integrated with Virtuagym.

ONE PULS does not store full banking details or payment card information.

Personal data is retained only for the period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

For reference: customer and membership data up to 10 years in accordance with accounting and tax obligations; contact requests maximum 24 months; free class booking data maximum 24 months after the booked session, unless you become a member or withdraw your consent earlier; technical data for the limited period necessary for website security and operation.

The website may use technical cookies essential for the operation and security of the website.

ONE PULS currently does not use advertising cookies, marketing tracking tools, or behavioral analytics services such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.

Users may configure their browser settings to block or delete cookies.

ONE PULS implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, accidental disclosure, and any misuse.

Personal data is never sold to third parties.

It may only be shared with technical providers or partners strictly necessary for operating the services, including Framer, Virtuagym, payment providers, and administrative authorities when required by law.
